Pendleton has been in business since 1863. The woolen mill at Pendleton, Oregon opened in 1909 weaving blankets for trade with the Native Americans. The mill expanded to produce men's shirts and other sportswear and then ladies' clothing. They now produce a wide variety of styles and fabrics.
